Mining Division

Zomorod-IS’s Mining Division is dedicated to providing specialized services and engineered solutions to major mining operators — notably Ma'aden Mining Company in Saudi Arabia — focusing on boosting operational efficiency and reliability across diverse mining operations. The division’s structure includes three core teams: a Commercial Team that manages client relationships and market dynamics, a Technical Team that offers expert guidance on engineering challenges, and a Service Team that carries out maintenance, repairs, and operational support to ensure seamless facility functioning.

Our services extend beyond just extraction — the division supports a wide array of infrastructure relevant to mining operations, particularly for associated power and water treatment plants that serve mines. This includes maintenance and operations (MRO), emergency-response services, and ongoing support for critical utility-infrastructure.

For hardware and process-centric tasks, Zomorod Industrial Solution offers specialized capabilities via different functional teams. The “Outdoor Mechanical Applications Team” handles mechanical installations and maintenance of heavy equipment (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, gears) and their spare parts — including site visits, performance surveys, and full lifecycle support beyond the warranty period. Meanwhile, the “Power Applications Team” manages power-related systems (high-voltage motors, variable-frequency drives, power-correction systems), and the “Instrumentation & Control” team offers instrumentation, control systems, spare parts, site surveys, and maintenance.
